Claw Your Eye Out

I totally forgot to tell you the best story of Christmas!

At approximately 2am on Christmas morning, my cat, Cobalt, and I were sleeping.  She was sleeping on top of me like she always does when something startled her and she clawed my eye out before running away.
Alright, so she didn’t claw my eye out…but she came really close.  Close enough for me to wake up screaming and thinking she did claw my eye out.  She cut me right below my eye and there was a tiny cut on my eyelid.

It scared me so much.

Keith Returns

About a year ago, our cat, Keith, went missing.  I let him outside one day and he just never came back.  I assumed the worst since he left in the winter.

Sunday morning, Keith came back!  My husband heard meowing outside and at first thought it was the stray cat that hangs around our neighborhood.  When he looked outside, he found Keith out there, meowing like crazy!

I have no idea where he’s been this entire time.  I didn’t see him around at all.  He looks really healthy too, like he’s been taken care of.
